Triple-layer insulation: Polyester film inside, outer layers non-woven.

Properties
  • insulation class B (130 °C) in accordance to IEC 626
  • after using suitable impregnating resins (class F or H) opera tion or use in insulation class F (155 °C)
  • UL qualified
  • The non-woven covering on both sides protects the inner Polyester film from mechanical damage
  • high absorption capacity for impregnating resins
Applications
  • slot insulation, slot closure and interleaving insulation in electrical drives and generators
  • layer insulation in dry type transformer
Delivery forms
  • in rolls approx. 1260 mm wide
  • in reels minimum width 5 mm
  • in sheets
  • stamping parts, precasted slot liners and slot closures
