Below you will find information on what personal data (this includes all data that identifies you as a natural person (hereinafter referred to as the ‘data subject’) or makes you identifiable, such as your name, address, email address or user behaviour) we collect during your visit to our website and how this data is used. Data subjects are visitors to our website and users of our online services.
Rights of data subjects

Legal bases
The legal bases for our data processing, in accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR, are as follows:
Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR for the processing of personal data with the consent of the data subject.
Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR for the necessary processing of personal data to fulfil a contract with the data subject and to carry out corresponding pre-contractual measures.
Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR for the processing of personal data necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which we are subject under any applicable EU law or under any applicable law of a country in which the GDPR is wholly or partially applicable.
Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR for the necessary processing of personal data to safeguard our legitimate interests or those of third parties, provided that the
fundamental freedoms and rights, as well as the interests, of the data subject do not take precedence.
Legitimate interests include, in particular, our commercial interest in being able to provide our website, information security, the enforcement of our own legal claims and compliance with other legal provisions.
To this end, we engage service providers who are separately bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations within the scope of service provision. Data will only be disclosed to public authorities where there are overriding legal provisions requiring such disclosure.

The purpose of data processing on this website is to provide information about products and services of our company combined with the possibility for users to contact us in a targeted manner.
1. General information
Insofar as you have provided us with personal data, we use it to answer your inquiries, to advise you, to process contracts concluded with you, and for technical administration. Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties or otherwise transferred if this is necessary for the purpose of processing the contract, if this is necessary for billing purposes or if you have given your prior consent. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future, see "Right of revocation".
The legal basis for the collection, processing and forwarding of the data is Art. 6 I (b) GDPR in the context of the execution of the contract.
This data is deleted after expiry of the applicable statutory retention obligations. If we are not subject to any statutory retention obligations, the data will be deleted when the purpose ceases to apply.

2. Server data collection
Purpose of processing
When you visit our website, various data (server statistics) is automatically stored that your browser transmits to our provider's server: Among other things, the IP address of your device, the date and time of access, the name and URL of the files accessed, the website from which you accessed our site or from which you were redirected to our site (referrer URL), the browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your device and the name of your provider are logged.
We process the aforementioned data for the purposes of establishing a smooth connection and ensuring system security. This data is not merged with other data sources. The IP address is anonymised. The connection data is automatically deleted, usually after a maximum of 30 days. If the website is misused, log data that needs to be kept for evidence purposes will be retained until the incident has been clarified.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR and § 25 II TDDDG (however, in this case only data that is inevitably transmitted when our website is accessed, such as browser or header information, or data that is transmitted due to the (browser) settings of the end device). This is not to be regarded as ‘access to information already stored in the terminal equipment’.
Currentness and change of this privacy policy
We reserve the right to adjust the content of this privacy policy at any time. This usually occurs in the event of further development or adaptation of the services used.
